NTEU President Speaks at Labor Relations Conference

NTEU National President Doreen Greenwald addressed the opening session of the 42nd annual Federal Sector Labor Relations and Labor Law Conference in September.

Hosted at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Greenwald was joined on a panel by Martin Malin, Federal Service Impasses Panel (FSIP) chair, and IRS Human Capital Officer Tracy DiMartini. They discussed the benefits of telework, increasing federal government recruiting, and establishing a greater work-life balance for employees. To attract the next generation of federal employees, the government must offer competitive pay and benefits that attract and retain workers.

In attendance (pictured below) were NTEU Chapter 10 (IRS Chicago) President Lorie McCann and Chapter 242 (FDIC Chicago) President Dawn Sleva along with NTEU staff.
