The House is expected to vote today on a continuing resolution that will maintain government funding levels through Feb. 18.
The bill needs to pass the House and Senate before midnight Friday to ensure no lapse in appropriations and no government shutdown.
NTEU members have been contacting their members of Congress urging them to resolve any outstanding issues and pass the CR as soon as possible. The CR would give Congress more time to reach a longer-term spending agreement that will fund federal agencies for the remainder of the 2022 fiscal year.
