Agencies Impacted By the Partial Government Shutdown

The Senate passed legislation on Friday night that includes funding for agencies and programs under the Defense, Labor/Health and Human Services, Transportation/Housing, Financial Services/General Government and National Security/State Department appropriations bills, for the remainder of FY 2026. With the House unlikely to return before Monday and the current CR expiring Jan. 30, a short-term partial government shutdown will begin at midnight impacting these NTEU-represented agencies.
